Q: How can I place an order?
A: The V-Day Store accepts orders:

Online - www.store-vday.org We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal (if you do not have a PayPal account and wish to open one, please visit www.paypal.com)
Via mail - We accept money orders and bank checks made out to "V-Day" only. Send completed *order form along with your money order or bank check to the address below. Personal checks are not accepted and will be returned.

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: We do not accept orders via telephone at this time.

 

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged at the time that your order is shipped.

 

Q: Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?
A: Taxes apply to Ohio and international orders* only.

*You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When you order from The V-Day Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

 

Q: Can I have my purchase shipped to a P. O. box?
A: For Standard shipping in the US and Canada, you may ship to a PO box. We cannot ship to a PO box for Next Day or Second Day shipments or shipments outside of the US or Canada.

 

Q: What if an item that I have ordered is not in stock?
A: If you purchased a single item with a credit card and it is not in stock, the order will be canceled. You will be notified that the order has been canceled and you will be notified when the item is back in stock.

If you purchased multiple items with a credit card and some of the items are not in stock, the order will be completed with the available items and the charge to your credit card will be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified when the unavailable items are back in stock.

If you purchased a single item with a money order or bank check and that item is not in stock, the order will be canceled and the money order / bank check will be mailed back to you. You will be notified when the item is back in stock.

If you purchased multiple items with a money order or a bank check and some of the items are not in stock, the order will be filled with the available items. A check in the amount equal to the balance of the cost of the original order minus the cost of the shipped order will be sent to you.

 

Q: What is the V-Day Store's return policy?
A: Returns must be made within 30 days of the ship date of your order.

Any item in its original condition may be returned for exchange only.

Any damaged item or any item received as a result of the V-Day Store's error may be returned for exchange. In these cases, the V-Day Store will pay the shipping for the exchanged item. If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. The V-Day Store will reship your order upon receipt.

Exchanges:

The V-Day Store is only able to do an exchange for an item of equal or greater value.

If the exchange is for an item of equal value:

Credit Card Customers - V-Day Store will debit your credit card for the shipping charges.
Money Order / Bank Check Customers - a money order / bank check made out to "V-Day" for the shipping costs must accompany the return.

If the exchanged item is of greater value:

Credit Card Customers - The V-Day Store will debit your credit card for the cost difference and the shipping charges.
Money Order / Bank Check Customers - a money order / bank check made out to "V-Day" for the cost difference and shipping must accompany the return.

Please note: Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. The V-Day Store will only pay shipping charges for the exchanged item if the exchange is due to damaged items or the V-Day Store's error.

Please indicate the reason for the return on the Exchange Form. You must include the order number from your original packing slip or the return cannot be processed.

For your protection, the V-Day Store recommends that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

Q: How do I check the status of a return?
